An enquiry is not a booking
This website provides general information and an invitation to enquire. Submitting a form or requesting a conversation does not reserve a tutor, establish availability, require payment or create a tuition or consultancy contract. A submission acknowledgement confirms receipt only.
Before you commit, a written proposal and the applicable service agreement will identify the contracting parties, the tutor, programme, teaching hours, responsibilities, checks, fees, expenses, payment schedule, cancellation rights and support arrangements. Please read those documents and ask us about anything unclear.
Fees and quotations
Weekly tuition starts from £1,500 per week. Full-time salaried tutor roles range from £45,000 to £180,000 per year. Salary figures describe annual tutor pay, not the total appointment cost. These figures are guidance rather than a quotation for a particular family.
The written proposal confirms teaching hours, programme scope and all applicable consultancy, travel, accommodation, resource, management and other charges, including relevant taxes. No fixed allowance of hours or expenses is implied by the website.
Educational advice and service boundaries
Programme examples illustrate possible arrangements; they are not past client results or promises of an outcome. Tutor fit, specialist expertise, relevant checks and practical suitability are assessed for the proposed placement. Academic results, admission to a school or university and immediate replacement cover are not guaranteed.
Tuition is not clinical treatment or a substitute for qualified medical or mental-health advice. Childcare, driving, travel supervision and responsibilities outside agreed teaching hours are included only where expressly agreed in writing. Travel, entry and work permissions must be confirmed for the relevant role and country.
Information you provide
You must be an adult parent or guardian, or an authorised representative, to submit an enquiry. Give accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Please omit children’s names, health reports, identity documents, exact home addresses and detailed travel itineraries from the initial form.
We explain how we handle personal information in our privacy notice. We ask for separate permission before sharing personal details with a named tutor or partner for sourcing purposes.
Using the website
You may read, print and save pages for personal use or for an authorised family enquiry. Website text, design and photographs are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Please obtain permission before copying or commercially reusing content.
Do not misuse the forms, send unlawful or abusive material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the site. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with the information on this website and may update it as services develop. Please confirm details material to your decision with us. Your rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights, including any rights to reasonable care and skill, cancellation, remedies or refunds that apply to an agreed service.
These website terms do not replace a service agreement or determine the terms of a tutor’s employment. Any applicable governing-law and dispute provisions will be explained in the relevant agreement without removing mandatory consumer protections.
